Dr. Mark Haley, D.C., M.S., C.C.S.P.

Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. He became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in 1994. He is also Certified in Active Release Techniques (ART).
Dr. Haley is a long-time native to the Puyallup / Tacoma area. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with Teri and his family.
Dr. Haley became a chiropractor after seeing his own father recover from a rodeo injury with chiropractic care. Dr. Haley's parents started him in chiropractic care when he was a young boy. He strives to provide the highest quality of care and education to families. He has treated thousands of patients from newborn to 100 years of age.
Dr. Matt Caulfield, D.C.
Dr Caulfield earned his degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2017. His journey into chiropractic care began after a shoulder injury sustained during high school wrestling. Thanks to the care of his chiropractor, he was able to return to the mat faster than expected, and he continued to benefit from chiropractic support throughout his collegiate rugby career.
This transformative experience ignited his passion for helping others maintain an active, healthy lifestyle and recover from any physical setbacks. Today, Dr. Caulfield is dedicated to supporting his patients on their journey to optimal health and wellness.
Originally from the East Coast, Dr. Caulfield moved to the Pacific Northwest drawn by its natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle. When he's not working with patients, he's likely training for his next race or triathlon, hiking with his dogs, snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, or paddle boarding on the Sound.
Dr. Endeah Chandler, D.C., M.S.
Dr. Endeah Chandler, DC, brings an exceptional combination of clinical expertise and athletic insight to our chiropractic clinic. With a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Texas, she also holds a Master's degree in Strength and Human Performance and a Master’s degree in Functional Nutrition. Additionally, Dr. Chandler has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and 13 years of competitive dance experience, offering a profound understanding of human movement.
Her certifications include Active Release Techniques (ART), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), among others, further enhancing her clinical skills. She is affiliated with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American Black Chiropractic Association, the Washington State Chiropractic Association, and Rehab 2 Performance. Dr. Chandler is also the Medical Director for the Washington State Tennis Open and serves as the Team Chiropractor for the NSWL Seattle Reign.
Driven by a deep passion for understanding the body and optimizing health, Dr. Chandler utilizes a holistic approach in her treatments. She integrates a wide range of chiropractic techniques and rehabilitation strategies to promote overall patient wellness and performance.
